Yes — we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

All domestic orders are shipped via reputable courier partners such as M&P Courier, as well as our own verified delivery riders in select areas.

Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, national disruptions, or courier delays. MKY is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

International orders are dispatched within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and external circumstances.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • MKY is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or international transit disruptions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

If conditions are not met, a 25% deduction may apply to the exchange value.

After 7 days from delivery, exchange requests are subject solely to company discretion.

MKY reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with the above policy.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are considered final sale.

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is received damaged, defective, or significantly discolored.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION

To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend providing accurate measurements at the time of purchase.

If measurements are not submitted, standard sizing will be dispatched.

Customized pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange.
